On Tuesday 30th September from 6.00pm – 9.00pm Ballymena Town Centre will be holding a Shutters up event. The Shutters up event will ask local businesses to stay on a Tuesday night alongside planned music, film, art and entertainment.
Plans include;
- Buskers & music in different spots around the town
- Outdoor Film Screening projected onto Town Centre buildings
- Ladies Lock In @ Fairhill Shopping Centre
- Buskers Showcase @ Adair Arms Hotel
- Street Murals and Live Painting
- Street performers and entertainment
- ‘Play Street’ with activities big and small for children.
- Dog walking and free dog treats, in partnership with the Dogs Trust, including ‘dog cafes’
- Vintage and Modern Cars on display
