Moditions is a Ballymena based bakery. Christine, the founder of Moditions® started putting together beautiful gluten free recipes in order to make cakes and treats for her husband who is a coeliac and requires a gluten free diet. The brand is now established and has even won a Great Taste Awards 2014 Gold Star for their Gluten-Free Coffee and Walnut Cake.
Moditions offer a full range of baked treats. Pick from their Tea loaves, a jam and coconut sponge, or a good old chocolate cake. Their cupcakes are available in lemon, vanilla, chocolate and raspberry flavours and their muffins are available in triple chocolate, lemon and poppyseed, raspberry and white chocolate and blueberry.

We especially love their recipe for a Gluten Free Pizza Base. All you needs is 1 Pack Moditions Gluten Free Soda Bread Mix, a Large Egg and some milk.
