International Women’s Day to be hosted in Ballymena town centre

International Women’s Day will be hosted in Midtown Makers Studio and Shop, 50-53 Church Street, Ballymena. It takes place on Friday 8th March 2019 from 10:30am – 2:00pm and includes a buffet lunch.

This annual event is a celebration of women from across the political, business and community sectors.

Patrycja Wieczorek, Student Events Officer, Ballymena Business Centre highlighted “We also want to recognise those women who have motivated us to be independent, accomplished females, to be successfully accepted as equals in this cultural gender driven world”
