Here at Ballymena Today we love to support local businesses. Today we decided to create a Wednesday wishlist featuring some of things that we would love to get our hands on. From pretty bits for your home to yummy treats here are some things which we got excited about this week.
1/ If rugby is currently taking over your life right now then you may as well let a rugby player take over your wardrobe too.
Sam’s Yard has had a facelift and are selling a lovely new mens range. Rugby player Tommy Bowe has introduced his own ine of clothing. Tommy Bowe designs are great quality, wearable casual pieces which will slip easily into your wardrobe. Head to Sam’s Yard to check out the XV Kings range and enjoy the Rugby World Cup! Sam’s Yard in on Wellington Street in Ballymena.
2/ Brighten up your living room as the dark nights creep in.
We love these pretty lamps from Designer Home Interiors. Located on the Main Street in Broughshane it isn’t far from Ballymena and we think that this pretty shop has lots to offer. Click here to see more form Designer Home Interiors on Facebook.
3/ Get kitted out for the winter weather
We have fallen for these amazing knitted hats from Scallywags in Ballymena. The knitted dresses are also avaliable in sizes 3-10 and we reckon that they would make any little girl very happy. Flowers + cosy knitwear + bright colours = a winner! Find these dresses and floral hats in Scallywags at Garfield Place in Ballymena. Click here to find out more.
4/ Top up your kitchen cupboards
We are super excited by the new flavours and tastes which are being created From Granny’s Pantry. Granny’s Pantry have been busy making preserves, jams and chutneys from local produce which are making our mouthes water! We are especially excited about their Pear & Celeriac and Pepper Pot Preserve which was being made last week. We really could go on all day. It is exciting to see so many local Ballymena people offering us great products, service and prices. Head into Ballymena this week and treat yourself to something from your own wishlist.
