Sharon Gibson from Portglenone recently won the Pride of Britain NI Fundraiser of the Year 2017 award. Many of you will probably have watched the awards ceremony on TV. Active Listening in partnership with PSNI offers a confidential listening and signposting service to people in the midst of crisis in the community. What is Active Listening? Active Listening is a NI based charity working in partnership with PSNI. Dogs Trust Ballymena say, ‘Dogs need love too this National Adoption Week!’ They are asking dog lovers to consider providing a forever home or becoming a foster carer to one of their dogs currently living at the Rehoming Centre.
